Mentally Prepare For Another Baby:
This can be rather difficult, particularly if you felt like you have moved on from a baby phase. You may already be done with diapers and car seats and you suddenly find yourself thrust back in the middle of it all. Take your time, don’t panic over the concerns and thoughts that you have, particularly feeling frustrated. If you find that you are worrying more than you’re excited after the first trimester, it might be a good idea to ask your provider about a few mental health resources. Sometimes just talking to someone else can really help you figure out how to best deal with your own emotions.
